Owned and serviced by a local family we will make sure you have all you need to enjoy your holiday in Rockingham's "Aquatic playground".

Sleeping arrangements

Master Bedroom - Double size bed & ensuite
2nd Bedroom - Two Double bunk beds
3rd Bedroom - Queen size bed
4th Bedroom - Two Double bunk beds (includes bunk bed with lower double bed)

All quotes includes the cost of the provision of linen for all bedding & towels for those attending Seagate Beach Retreat. We do not provide a turn down service (bed linen fitting).

Please let us know how many couples and how many singles are attending.

House boasts two large lounge areas, formal dining room, huge seperate games/studio room at the rear, sunroom in centre of house brings sunlight into all the rooms. Huge outdoor pool with inbuilt Spa. Double driveway with room for boat or caravan, this house is huge!

The best thing was all the above plus its location, the pool, and how simple it was to organise and then enjoy. Thank you for making our visit so enjoyable. Our group ages ranged from 25yrs to 84yrs. The only problem we had was there were no hand rails for getting in and out of the pool which ment our 84year old could not use the pool due to safety but our 83 year managed well and enjoyed it very much.

  • Amazing property had all the comforts of home plus more our artists were extremely happy with property and even made a music video in the beautiful garden pool area , house is huge and very well maintained owners were very friendly and accomadating would recommend this property to anyone especially large families :)

  • We had a fantastic time, the house is very roomy & clean having everything we needed. The garage was very useful for us to store our bikes & helmets and some fishing gear. The kids enjoyed the games room with pool table. It was a little cool for a swim in April, however the kids still managed to enjoy a swim.

  • Cooking for a large group in a holiday house can be very trying, when appropreiate pots, pans etc are not provided. The kitchen at seagate had everything you could think of, even a slow cooker, and all of the equipment was large, making it easy to cater for everybody.

  • Seagate Beach Retreat is a large comfortable house very suitable for a large group or 2 families. The house works well for 2 families as there is different areas for the parents and children to use. The kitchen is well equipped, the pool and back area lovely to sit in, in Winter. The gas heater was a necessity in Winter also; because the house is so large, and separated by an atrium, it can be quite cold in the early mornings and in the evenings. As our godson was playing sport at Port Kennedy Safety Bay was a great location to stay. We were able to do day trips to Perth and Fremantle plus explore the local area.

  • We had a fantastic stay!!! The house is huge, and very comfortable. We loved the pool and the games room out back. Garry was very helpful and we couldnt have enjoyed it more. Thank you Garry and Christine, we'll be back soon :)

  • We had a fantastic stay. There was plenty for the kids to doand room for 2 adults and 5 kids to spread out and have their own space. The owners were fantastic to deal with and couldn't do enough to help. The tim tams and tea/coffee when we arrived after a 5 hour drive were just the icing on the cake. Overall couldn't have asked for better. Would highly recommend.
