• We stayed here for 5 nights and loved how central it was to exploring Adelaide. The property is in close proximity to shopping and there was lots of information about the local area provided. The beds were comfortable and we appreciated all the little extras like games, dvds, shampoo, laundry powder, tea etc.. The house was clean and tidy and the owners were easy to deal with. We would definitely recommend this property to others and would stay here again if we return.

• A fantastic property with easy access to major roads and close to shops. the Property manager was very easy to deal with and offered great advise. The property itself was clean, neat and very tidy.There were lots of lovely I would recommend to anyone staying in the future.

• I went to Adelaide for a wedding with my two daughters - Neat and Cosy was great. Extremely reasonably priced; it was truly neat and tidy and had everything that we needed. The house is close to all the good eating at North Adelaide and close to supermarkets and shopping centre for the other things needed to cook. The complimentary breakfast was a nice surprise and greatly appreciated. The house was very secure and in a quiet area. Highly recommended. Yvonne September 12

It didnt feel weighed down with trinkets or garish decorations and there were some helpful touches that really made us feel welcome, such as a local guide and complimentary breakfast in the fridge. The owners were polite, reponsive and easy to deal with. We really enjoyed our stay in Adelaide, thanks largely to having a wonderful place to call home, if only for a few days.
