Fabulous, modern, tri-level three bedroom townhouse - spacious and tastefully furnished throughout, accommodating up to ten people.
The living area is very roomy with open plan kitchen and dining area television and DVD player. The kitchen has all modern appliances with a dishwasher and microwave. Opening out from the dining room is a covered balcony with outdoor setting and gas BBQ. There is a separate rumpus room on the lower level with a double futon bed, television and dvd. Ideal area for kids. The master bedroom is also on this level and has a queen size bed with bathroom. The second bedroom has two sets of bunks. The third bedroom has a queen size bed.
The main bathroom has a large corner bath, shower, basin and toilet. The laundry area has a washing machine and dryer. There is a double remote control garage with internal entry. The Watermark Apartments are situated in a security complex. Access is via a hand remote control which will operate the large security gate upon entry.
The complex boasts a swimming pool and childrens' playground area. It is approximately a five to seven minute stroll to Terrigal Beach/Wamberal Lagoon and Terrigal Esplanade. Available Christmas only.

The layout of the property was excellent and the close stroll to the pool was great. Having locked gates was also peace of mind.
