• Julia was lovely, very clean, stunning views and well equipped. Spent evenings curled up on the sofas with the fire on watching some of the movies and star gazing. Would love to stay again

• We had the loveliest time in your beautiful home. We were very impressed with how you have made the house so comfortable with everything anyone could hope to have. It is tastefully fitted out, very clean with one of the most comfortable beds we have slept in. The only disappointment we had was that the time went too quickly. Thank you for letting us share your home and we look forward to staying again.

• I just wanted to let you know what a fabulous time we had at Julpa. The house is absolutely gorgeous: clean and well equipped with a beautiful ambience and lovely bush views for as far as the eye can see. We had the most chilled out and relaxing weekend and it was really hard to tear ourselves away. We will definitely be back. • We had a great time again this weekend at Julpa Cottage - thank you! We had forgotten how lovely it was with the fire, bath and gorgeous views!!! It was such a relaxing weekend - exactly what we needed before our baby comes in 5 weeks..... The cottage is set up so beautifully and we really appreciate little touches like candles in the bathroom, nice filter coffee, DVDs, tomato sauce, olive oil......!!!! We have stayed in so many holiday houses where there is barely even toilet roll!!

• We had a great stay at Julpa, everything we needed was there. There were great views across the valley and even though it was 2 degrees outside we were lovely and warm in the house with the gas fire place and the radiators in each bedroom. The house was well equipped with everything we needed and was only a short drive to Leura Mall. It's a credit to the owners for the setup. I'd rate the property 4.5 out of 5.

• Great stay - lovely house and surrounding area. Be wary though, whilst the angles the photos of this cottage have been taken on make it appear as though it is isolated, that's not the case. it's in a street with other houses around it.

• We were very content during our stay at Julpa, and it was good value for money. The accommodation is comfortable, airy, spacious, and luxuriously warm in winter with the gas log fire. The views were beautiful from all windows. The kitchen had all the equipment we needed to self-cater. The spa was wonderful. The location is very convenient to Katoomba and the local sights.

• Julpa is lovely little house tucked away in the bushland surrounding Leura. It was perfect for what we are after - a little peace and quiet, relaxation and lots of cooking. We enjoyed ourselves immensely and look forward to visiting again.
