The property is absolute beachfront, ocean views are breathtaking, tastefully furnished and in a quiet location.

The upper level has three bedrooms and has an internal garage. Main bedroom has a queen bed with ensuite. Bedroom 2 and Bedroom 3 have 2 single beds each. The main bathroom has shower, bath, and separate toilet. Each residence has a CD player, television, DVD and a selection of CD's

Dishwasher and microwave in the kitchen. Each level has airconditioning and 2 balconies there is a shared BBQ and shared laundry facilities (washing machine and dryer) The property is close to shops and is only a short drive to Terrigal.

The property code for the downstairs section is HW.
